Payment
Payment is expected the same day as the item is purchased. If payment is not received with in 7 days of purchase the transaction will be canceled.

If you are in IL there will be a 10% sales tax fee at checkout

We use PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Shipping
All jewelry is made to order so please allow 7 days after payment is received before the item ships.

All domestic orders will ship via usps priority mail with tracking number in a durable jewelry box inside a bubble mailer. If you would like first class, express shipping, insurance or signature upon delivery please let me know and I will adjust the shipping cost for you.

All international orders will ship via usps first class mail (no insurance or tracking number). If you would like to upgrade please let me know and I will adjust the shipping cost for you.

Refunds & Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your Moira K. Lime original please contact me and let me know why.

You may return or exchange the item with in 14 days (with no signs of wear).
